Once an order has been shipped it can not be cancelled. Most items are shipped via
 (UPS) United Parcel Service or (USPS) US Postal Service.

Please allow at least 5- 14 business days for shipment of GLASS in-stock items.
If an item is not available for immediate shipping, you will be 
notified by e-mail with the estimated ship date. 

CRYSTAL PACKAGING

Products described as "In Velvet Box" come with an appropriate Velvet Box
  shown above - these boxes are made out of long-lasting "poplar tree wood"
  and beautifully covered with genuine royal blue velvet fabric. 
Sponges are placed inside these boxes and are molded to the 
shape of the product to provide safe delivery. 
Hinges and clips are copper plated.

Most of our products are packaged in green carton boxes shown above.

Enclosed in each box is a "Certificate of Authenticity" in addition to a
  "Quality Statement" in English and Spanish.  

Prior to shipping, we place our product boxes into shipping cartons and support them with shipping peanuts in addition to the products' own sponge protection.
