Once an order has been shipped it can not be canceled. Most items are shipped via
(UPS) United Parcel Service or (USPS) US Postal Service.

ALL "CRYSTAL" ITEMS SHIPPED 3-4 DAY PRIORITY USPS

Please allow at least 5- 14 business days for shipment of GLASS in-stock items.
If an item is not available for immediate shipping, you will be 
notified by e-mail with the estimated ship date. 


Most of our products are packaged in green or black Gift boxes.
  Sponges are placed inside these boxes to provide safe delivery.

Enclosed in each box is a "Certificate of Authenticity" in addition to a
"Quality Statement" in English and Spanish.
